Who Will Get the S$600 Payout in 2025?
Eligibility will depend on a number of factors including annual income, ownership of property, and citizenship status, among others. Singaporeans aged 21 and above, whose annual assessable income is S$100,000 and below, are normally eligible. Applicants should not have more than one property and should be residing here in Singapore. If they happen to be getting any other form of government help such as GSTV – Cash and Silver Support Scheme, they could still be eligible for the cost-of-living support.
How Will the Payment Be Made?
The S$600 will be paid into the bank accounts of residents who link it to PayNow-NRIC or CPF. For citizens who have not registered their bank account details, payments will be arranged using alternative methods such as cheque or CPF accounts to which their bank account is linked. The government would likely urge all eligible recipients to update their PayNow or CPF account details to avoid delay in receiving the payout.

This one-off payout is aimed at providing targeted financial relief while making sure that the very deserving populations get timely assistance.
